YogaSTRENGTH  is  an  online  program  designed  to  build  strength  in  your  Core,  Shoulders  and  Hip  Flexors. Through a series of videos that incorporate drills and a full vinyasa class, you will be sure to find something you need if practising yoga for strength is your goal.
