We all have days where we feel healthier in our bodies and want to be active outside… We also all have days where we want to cozy up inside and not do much at all. That’s ok! It’s about how we live the majority of the time that’s important. Finding equanimity is key, as is remembering who we really are…and what we really want.
My main aim is to help you feel good in your body every day…..to use yoga and nutrition-based therapies to address the underlying causes of a health issue or imbalance.
Healing from the inside out helps to uncover the root cause of how you are feeling. A one-2-one class can be really beneficial to ensure you are getting the most from your practice and the time you invest.
